This series encompasses 9 oversized hardcovers bound in linen and published in 3 slipcases. Disney shot themselves somewhat in the foot when they denied Rosa and Egmont permission to include an epilogue where he talks about why he retired - a sad and yet intriguing essay about the "Disney System". They did, however, allow Egmont to print information to a web site where the epilogue can be read (in English, Finnish, Norwegian, Finnish and German). So instead of only a couple of thousands of readers who could and would afford these high-priced hardcover volumes this essay can now be read by everybody here. Number of issues cataloged: 12  |
