Terminators are cybernetic organisms under the command of Skynet, a computer network whose purpose is to wipe out all of humanity.
Terminators can pass incognito since they are covered with living tissue. Many are used to infiltrate the ranks of human resistance.
Many models have been built through time. Some have shape shifting abilities like the T-1000.
Some terminators have been sent back in time by Skynet to kill John Connor, future leader of human resistance. One attempt was made on his mother, Sarah, before he was born.
