Sometimes PJ’s and Spandex do go together! - longthorn
When people ask me why I love Spiderman so much I usually answer that he’s the average Joe hero. Heroes like Superman and the like have big lives that few can imagine to be a par of. In the life of Peter Parker, it’s easy to find a way to sympathize with the characters hard luck life. In this book is a classic scene on page four I have often retold to those I wanted to explain my love for this character. It is the ultimate encapsulated expression Spiderman’s life as we could see it happening to ourselves.

How many of us know the troubles of working too long without sleep and the results on our life that can occur due to this. Pete is punchy for lack of sleep, but as ever Spider Man is needed. He swings into action only to get out the window realizing he still has his PJ bottoms on. Top that with an all out fight with Namor, and a itch that won’t quit and we have a great four star comic!
