Conquering the Pages - jimcripps
I was quite impressed with Dave Harwood's writing most of all. The style is very classic and easy on the eyes.

As alluded in the editorial page, the Conqueror story previously appeared in the amateur magazine BEM, and it seems the stories are laid out as collected reprints from some anthology. These are more or less chapters, and it seems odd for a whole story to be presented this way in a single issue. That, and the narration, the voice that Martin Lock uses to keep the story going, does not quite keep it natural, or smooth--it gets bogged down sometimes.

The title had a good run, and there was plenty of action, so it is a shame that it didn't keep going any longer.
