Editorial Televisa is a subsidiary of the Mexican media company Grupo Televisa. It is dedicated to editing, publishing, distribution and marketing of magazines in Spanish; their titles are distributed in many countries of Latin America and the US.
It was founded in 1992 by acquiring Editorial America. Over the years it has been acquired other publishing groups including Editora Cinco from Colombia and Editorial Atlantida from Argentina, for that reason it has become the world's largest Spanish magazine publisher.
In 2005, it acquired the license to publish Marvel Comics in Mexico launched their imprint Marvel Mexico for this purpose.

Since 2001 Editorial Televisa uses the current logo of Grupo Televisa. The logo was designed by architect Pedro Ramirez Vazquez in 1972 and was used from 1973 to 2000. On January 1, 2001 a new logo with slight modifications to the previous one was presented. The current logo represents the eye of a man who sees the world through the television screen, the font used is Helvetica Black, a timeless font easy to read.
