Synopsis
|
|
On the eve of the new millennium, someone is committing arson in Metropolis -- and the target of her fiery rage is Lex Luthor! And when the Contessa del Portenza shows up on Luthor's doorstep demanding that he turn over their infant daughter, Luthor recognizes a threat that even he must take seriously.
What Luthor doesn't know is that the Contessa has another child: like herself, an immortal, but one who sees humanity as insects to be crushed at whim. And when Luthor's actions reawaken this beast, only Superman stands a change of stopping his deadly rampage.
