Synopsis
|
|
Perry White eats the fruit of an alien plant-being invader, Xasnu, which has taken root in his garden. Xasnu takes gradual control of White's mind and gives him super-powers, so that White takes on the secret identity of Masterman. Superman learns of the alien's plan to invade Earth by taking over human bodies, but is almost defeated by Masterman in battle. At the
last moment, Supergirl rushes in and kills Xasnu in White's body with a chunk of White Kryptonite, and Perry White is freed.
