Synopsis
|
Robin, Impulse, and Superboy are breaking in their new headquarters when a long dormant Red Tornado awakens to tell them how annoying they are. A nearby Archeological dig site discovers what looks like a metal wheel.. there is an explosion when someone touches it and the D.E.O. is called in. The boys rush to the site and find one of the archeologists has been transformed into 'Mighty Endowed,' and what they later call the 'Super-Cycle.'
