The Good: Dillin draws a rather haunting Red Tornado. Manages to get emotion out of the face.
The Bad: The JSA are pretty much a none factor in this isssue. Which makes it a rather odd team up.
The Weird: Why would Morrow bother to knock out Snapper Carr instead of Superman?

Synopsis
|
|
Opens on Earth 1 with JLA meeting featuring Superman, Batman, Flash Barry Allen, WonderWoman, Green Lantern Hal Jordan, Aquaman, Hawkman, Green Arrow, Snapper Carr, and the Atom.
In the trophy room we see five JLA love interests gather together...Steve Trevor (Wonder Woman), Jean Loring (the Atom), Hawkgirl (Duh), Midge (Snapper Carr), Mera (Aquaman).
The love interest run into the meeting room and kiss their loved ones...immediately knocking them out. They were simply fakes set up as trap by Morrow.
Morrow then sends another group of Cosmically created monsters to battle the rest of the JLA. The JLA defeat the creatures then race to battle Morrow in the Trophy room.
Morrow animates the souvenirs to battle the JLA. Including Amazo, Starro, Doctor Light's Light Machine, Super-Duper, and a Diamond creature. The JLA lose and apear to be killed. Morrow puts them on display in the Trophy Room.
On Earth 2 Red Tornado regains life and homes in on his creator. Using rapid rotations he breaks the barrier between Earth 1 and Earth 2. He finds the JLA, and discovers that they are not dead but simply unconcious. He determines that he can wake the five that were originally knocked out by getting their real love interests to kiss them. SCIENCE! Mera is hot as well. Red Tornado tries to bring them to earth 2 but discover themselves in an inbetween dimension where Morrow plans to destroy the barriers between the worlds destroying both of them. the JLA save the day (Snapper even punches a guy!)
The JSA are awakened and offer Red Tornado membership. He turns them down saying he wishes more out of life and wants to find a home and a place to find emotion.
