Synopsis
|
Mia Dearden appears at a party hosted by a Star City congressman. She's quickly ushered into the host's room, who attempts to take advantage of her until Green Arrow (the first one) stops him, thinking that he's a serial killer targetting children. He gives a card to a community center to Mia and makes an example out of the Congressman. Later that night, Ollie sees his exploits on the news but so does Batman, who realizes that the trajectory of the shots are all wrong for Conner, and so it must be Oliver. Meanwhile, in a cave somewhere, a man is feeding the blood of a recently slain young boy to a monster.
