2006-02-04 00:01:57 Darth Kramer Synopsis Hal Jordan, now Parallax, confronts each of his old teammates individually, explaining to each how he is doing the ‘right thing’ and that he is intended to be Green Lantern, not Kyle Rayner. The truth is with each part of conflict, Hal becomes less and less worthy of the title of Green Lantern, which he knows subconsciously. When Superman arrives, Hal takes a drastic measure to eliminate his competition, resulting in him stealing the ring away from Kyle. Finally, Ganthet steps in, allowing Kyle a chance to gather his strength and prove himself worthy of the ring. After regaining Kyle regains his ring, Ganthet merges with Hal and vanishes. The decimated other heroes regain consciousness and state their support of Kyle. Meanwhile, Hal is seen catatonic, trapped within his own fantasy world where he is once again Green Lantern.
