Synopsis:
The teenage revolutionaries of STOPP (Society to Outlaw Parent Power) have built an atomic bomb and will set it off unless their demands to clean up the ghetto are met. Batman tries to negotiate, but Gordon and the cops have their own ideas. In order to find the bomb before it's too late, Batman calls in the Teen Titans to infiltrate STOPP. Can they find the bomb before it's too late?
