Synopsis:
Snake-Eyes is seeing Scarlett off on a parachute jump. Storm Shadow, in a Cobra CLAW, kidnaps Scarlett out of the air. Snake-Eyes attempts to get her back but fails allowing Storm Shadow to escape with Scarlett. This is the first meeting of Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow as true enemies.

-Completely silent issue -Set immediately before the events of the "Silent Interlude" story in G.I. Joe #21, published by Marvel Comics (March, 1984). -Marks the first meeting of Snake-Eyes and Thomas Arashikage after the events depicted in Snake-Eyes: Declassified #5. -First time Snake-Eyes as a Joe meets Thomas Arashikage as Storm Shadow the Cobra agent. -First time Storm Shadow meets Scarlett. -First appearance of The White Clown and Orlovsky the Dwarf
