Synopsis:
Buzzer & Ripper recruit Zartan to help take over the Dreadnoks organization down in Australia. In the process, he takes on his present identity, reunites with his brother & sister, Zarana & Zandar, meets Torch and several other Dreadnoks and reestablishes his business relationship with Cobra Commander
