Synopsis:
It is the future of the DC Universe. Chaos reigns as the heroes or lore have disappeared ushering in a new era of super heroes led by Magog. uncaring. reckless. powerful. Leaving destruction in their path. Norman McCay has visions of armageddon. He is enlisted by The Spectre to be his guide through the coming events. Clark is visited in his fortress by Wonder Woman. She pleads with him to come back and protect the Earth. A battle transpires in Kansas. Magog is leading the charge. Parasite attacks Captain Atom splitting him wide open causing a megaton nuclear explosion killing and destroying virtually everything in Kansas. Superman has no choice but to come back and take matters into his own hands.
