Synopsis:
Bruce Banner attempts to recreate the Dr. Hans Feldstadt's radiation device somewhere in a remote southwest desert, but the machine seems to induce more sporadic transformations. Meanwhile, nearby at New Hope Installation, General Kranak introduces Dr. William Garner to his Cybortrons, a set of indestructible giant robot bodies neurologically connected to 3 test subjects as prototypes for future soldiers. While attempting a long range test, the camp is discovered by the Hulk, but the soldiers manage to knock the Hulk out with gas. Banner manages to transform and slip away upon being transported into the complex. Upon discovering the purpose of the base, and after a brief destructive appearance by a panic-induced Hulk, Banner attempts to lead one soldier named Chapman out of the dangerous experiment. Chapman, however, attempts to subdue the once-again Hulked-out "traitor" by connecting to his Cybortron unit. The furious battle ends with the Hulk destroying the Cybortron, killing Chapman because of the intense neuro-connections. The Hulk is confused and outraged by this death, blaming the rest of the base's soldier for killing this man, sending Hulk into a berserker fury in which he destroys the entire installation.

Synopsis:
Steven Grant visits his friend Jason, an astronomer, to watch a lunar eclipse. Grant is interested in the eclipse's effect on his strength as Moon Knight. Before the eclipse, Grant notices 3 men sneaking around outside, and goes to investigate as Moon Knight. Noting his strength ebbs as the eclipse becomes total, he only captures one of the three men, who is screaming about some monster. While looking for the monster (whom he can't see as the Hulk in the eclipse-driven darkness), Moon Knight is swatted aside as the behemoth leaves.

Synopsis:
The same story as "An Eclipse, Waning", but from Bruce Banner's perspective. Banner is trying to stay far away from people as he has some doubt as to the lunar eclipse's effects on his transformations as the Hulk. He happens across the three men sneaking into Jason's house, but they hear Banner and begin to chase him. The excitement causes Banner to change into the Hulk, who knocks out the two men that Moon Knight was unable to find. The Hulk is more upset by the moon leaving him, and as he attempts to go to where the moon is working correctly, he senses something in his way and swats it away (which happens to be Moon Knight). As the moon waxes after the eclipse, the Hulk seems satisfied that he found it working again.
