Two agents in the National Security Administration, Scott Hoskins and Marcus Baldry, visit a secret prison hidden in what appears to be an abandoned factory. As they go through security procedures, they talk about a horrific crime. It is revealed that Bullseye, who is a prisoner at this facility, is the perpetrator of the crime. Baldry questions Bullseye, who reveals his troubled childhood to the agents.
