Synopsis:
Captain America is giving four Science Fair participants a tour of the Energy Museum. Suddenly, the museum is under attack from the power-wasting villains called the Energy Drainers. Now Cap must educate the students in energy conservation in order to defeat the evil trio of Wattage Waster, Thermal Theif and Doomsday Man.

Notes:
A give-away issue courtesy of Marvel Comics, Campbell Soup, and the U.S. Department of Energy designed to teach kids the importance of energy conservation. The Campbell Kids act as narrators for the Captain America story.
