Synopsis:
In the wake of the death of Superman, several pretenders appear on the scene. In this issue, John Henry Irons appears to be somehow related to the return of Superman. He will later be revealed to be Steel, just as a briefly-glimpsed streak of red, yellow and blue will, in the next issue, be revealed as a new Superboy.
