Synopsis:
Jamie Madrox is hot on the trail of the person who attempted to murder his dupe. The memory trail leads him to Chicago where a newspaper friend of his gives him access to the Tribune's archives under threat of blackmail. He's led to Shiela Desoto, the fiancee of a a billionaire industrialist. He sneaks into her home and talks to Desoto, who's incredibly happy to see him. But, when an assassin apparently takes out one of Jamie's dupes, he's cast into the pool.
Meanwhile, back at XXX Investigations, A Madrox dupe, Rahne and Strong Guy get a case. A woman believes that her husband is cheating on her and wants proof that he's astral projecting to another person's home.
