Synopsis:
Extremely rare, less than 800 in circulation.

CREATOR COMMENT: We originally printed 2000 of these books, but due to distribution error, the books were single boxed, then shipped to Dark Horse Comics. I think Dark Horse forwarded them and they got caught up in the 1994 Northridge earthquake in California.

By the time we got them, most were shredded, leaving less than 800 in good shape.
