Synopsis:
When two security guards (and a goat) are murdered at a local petting zoo, the Spectre hunts down a man known as the "Twilight Man". A man with multiple personalities given physical manifestations from an overactive mega-gene, how can the Spectre enact vengeance when the innocent and the guilty are linked together? And how will Nate Kane react to the news of having Jim Corrigan for a partner?
