Synopsis:
Steve Gerber writes a letter of resignation to Len Wein, explaining why the series has become too personal for him to continue writing, recapping his entire run on the series. Finally, he picks up where the last issue left off and shows that he has been captured in the final Nightmare Box. Steve, as directed by Dakimh, realizes that Man-Thing has become lucid thanks to a blast of magic ray from Klonus, one of Thog's allies, and having this combination in the top nightmare box of his pyramid proves to be Thog's undoing.
