Yellowjacket, who is the base director, gives them the opening speech before handing them over to Gauntlet for training.
Yellowjacket and War Machine then speak to Justice about MVP who is peerforming well on the track with She-Hulk.
The cadets are all given costumes and code names and prepare for training, Cloud 9 accidentally walks into the mens shower and sees MVP.

Armory easily defeats the robots in front of the other cadets, Yellowjacket, Gyrich and Baron Von Blitzschlag (a reformed Nazi scientist).
Trauma takes his turn against the robots and his power is revealed to be turning into someones worst fear, he turns into armory's and she freaks out, killing MVP who was saving Cloud 9 at the time. Gyrich orders them to keep quiet.
