Synopsis:
A group of former mutants believes that the government is behind the de-powering of mutants on M-Day, and is committing acts of terrorism in an attempt to make the government return their powers. The government believes that the X-Cell is based in Mutant Town, the same part of New York that X-Factor Investigations calls home... which drags X-Factor into the confrontation.
