The Wreckers suffer defeat at the hands of a supposed ally.

Original title was Transformers BotCon 2002 Comic Book Special. This issue was published under the title Transformers: Enter the Wreckers. This was a change from the previous issue, and it would be changed again when this issue was reprinted. The reprint title of Transformers Universe featuring the Wreckers is what stuck for the rest of the series, so it's applied here retroactively.

The original printing of the issue featured only the Wreckers story. This print also included numerous coloring errors, as well as coloring work that obscured much of the art.

The reason for executing the Mutants: "unmarketable product." This is reportedly the cause of many deaths here.
