Jake's laid out in a Tek parlor, as Sid recounts the story to Walt of the trio's return from the moon colony. In it, the IDCA takes Beth to a secret government facility, the Winger shows up and serves Jake with a parole hearing summons, and Jake storms off after learning that Kate has moved and won't let him see his son. Walt sets Sid on the trail of a rogue IDCA agent, Sid finds Jake in the Tek parlor, and Jake can't explain how he got there, and says it's another setup. Finally, Winger shows up, and takes Jake into custody and up to the Freezer.
