Notes:
Since readers were as likely to get issue #5 as issue #1 when they picked up a random multipack of Golden Wonder crisps, it perhaps didn't matter that the stories were printed out of order. But it's somewhat strange that "The Shape Shifter" should be printed as issue #5, when it's clearly the chronologically earliest story in this title.
