Razor and her three "clones" have been running through Queen City, causing additional problems for the local mob. Unfortunately the trio of fake Razors have gotten themselves captured. It's up to the real deal to come to their rescue with help from a cop assigned to vigilante activities. Razor and her new partner against a gang of mafioso types and hitmen...the odds are just about even.
