Matt Murdock has been held for 32 days in Rykers Island's protective wing still denying he's Daredevil; and Hell's Kitchen is going to Hell without him. That is until Daredevil shows up and starts making his presence felt! Ben Urich is immediately onto Foggy as to who this new guy is and if this is some plot to help Matt out. Meanwhile it looks like someone in the Government doesn't want Matt to come to trial and are planning to have him moved into the General Population. They're not the only one's who have it in for Matt, when Foggy takes his new investigator Dakota North to see Matt to warn him, he finds him in solitary after having had to defend himself against a prision ambush. Back in his cell after his conference with Foggy, Matt finds a note and Foggy & Dakota find themselves in an ambush of their own!
