Synopsis:
The Red Skull places a bomb in Washington DC and still controls Cap with the nuclear tape on the back of his neck, forcing Cap back to his hideout to fight the plethora of villains he has lined up to fight Cap. The US Military arrives in the nick of time. Tony Stark has defused the bomb in DC and Cap has the Red Skull on the run.
