Synopsis:
With knowledge of the whereabouts of the original Captain Boomerang's body, the Rogues begin their hunt, which places them in direct conflict with the reformed Rogues, but what does the government intend to achieve with the body? Meanwhile, Wally and Linda receive bad news about their future. Also, Zoom seeks out Jay Garrick for "help".
