Synopsis:
The Flanders boys are off to camp (Old Testament Survival Camp, naturally), leaving Ned all alone. At Marge's urging, Homer invites Ned to stay with the Simpsons who (except for Homer) take to Ned as the "Man of the House". When Rod and Todd return, Homer takes his revenge by filling in for Ned who's quickly wearing out his welcome with the other Simpsons.

Notes:
The story is filled with "over 150 cliches mentioned, mixed and mangled" as noted on the last page by editor, Bill Morrison.

Synopsis:
Until the final panel, we're treated to a very amateurish art style recounting what happens as a result of Homer slipping on a single roller skate at the top of the stairs. The final panel reveals why the art looks the way it does. (It also suggests that life will soon imitate art.)
