Bullseye is in prison. The Punisher just got locked up, too. He tells Bullseye that Elektra has taken his old job with the Kingpin so he'll try to break out and get killed. He breaks out, but does not get killed.
Bullseye wants his old job back and, as far as he knows, there's only one way to get it.
