The Elemental War

Naiad calls for the Earth's assistance against Firestorm, and Red Tornado appears. When Firestorm refuses to help them annihilate humanity, Red Tornado uses his powers on the water to get around elementals not bing able to harm one-another, and apparently drowns.

Back at the Institute for Metahuman Studies, Simon LaGrieve determines that both Killer Frosts were created by a virus. Pondering why Morrison never determined that fact, someone approaches him in the office and shoots him.
