Synopsis:
After fighting what Daredevil claims to be one of the toughest battles he has ever fought, he finds Hawkeye at the doorstep of his (Matt Murdock's) home so he might tell the Black Widow how much he cares for her. Daredevil quickly comes to her defense after realizing how upset she becomes over Hawkeye's sudden appearance and Black Widow offers to talk through their issues. When the Widow admits she still has a soft spot for Hawkeye, fighting quickly ensues.
Meanwhile, at the Avengers Mansion, Thor, Vision, and Black Panther talk about recruiting Daredevil for some aid against the menace of Magneto.
Hawkeye and Daredevil continue to fight until Daredevil feigns defeat in order to protect his secret identity, at which point Hawkeye runs off while offering a rematch in the city. Daredevil then explains to Black Widow about his concern about Hawkeye and that he wished that he could talk out their differences. The Widow storms off in frustration claiming that if there is a decision to be made, it is hers.
Hawkeye inadvertently stirs up some trouble with some bikers in downtown San Francisco. When Daredevil arrives he finds himself quickly attacked and soon defeated by some sonic arrows. When Daredevil explains that he has no hold over the Widow, the two come to a truce and decide to let Black Widow decide. When they arrive at the Widow's mansion, they find the Avengers waiting. Hawkeye storms off angry, believing that he had been setup. Daredevil, on the other hand, is offered membership with the Avengers which he kindly refuses. But when the Black Panther claims that there is a favor to be repaid, Daredevil agrees to help and they race off to Manhattan to face Magneto.
