Synopsis:
From Synax, the capital city of the Dark Domain, the “evil” Empress Devora launches an attack on a border farming village, breaking her treaty with the Shining Realm. But to cover up her treachery she claims that the village war harboring “heretics” that need to be eradicated. In truth a heretic or keeper was hiding there and mistakenly leads Devora’s step son Skulk to a secret hive. In the hive Skulk unleashes the power of the ancients and a mysteriously deadly storm begins to rage across the Shining Realm.

The heroes of the story Prince Dargon, Zak, Gnatseye and Mantys do what they can to save their people. Once the storm has passed they realize that more is going on than just a storm. Soon a hidden secret is revealed to Prince Dargon and he decides that action needs to be taken to save the Shining Realm from the Dark Domain.
