At the annual fleet review, Emperor Quevas XIII is not pleased. All the might of the military at his disposal, and still no one has located his daughter. Jilehr suffers from some strange nightmares. Tetsuya and Kahm decide to postpone the wedding and return to Earth, but Maruda Girei arrives on the scene with orders to return Kahm to the Imperial planet and arrest Battia for high treason against the Empire.
