Considered by some to be the first "cross-over" between DC and Marvel characters. In this issue magically controlled Halloween party goers dressed up as Marvel super-heroes, such as Spider-man, Thor and Captain America battle the Justice League of America. It is also the first DC appearance of "Captain Marvel", or at least someone costumed as him and with his strength. He battles Superman.
