Synopsis:
Kyle Rayner, one of the Green Lanterns, has returned to Earth with a battery and the coffin of Hal Jordan. He manages to make out "It has a name" before passing out. In New York City, John Stewart and Guy Gardner go to a baseball game and wait for Hal Jordan, the Spectre, to show up. But when he does, the entire crowd attempts to confess their sins to him and he blinks himself away.
Meanwhile, Green Arrow's home has been blown up yet again, this time by Black Hand looking for Ollie's Green Lantern ring. After arrowing his hand to a wall, Ollie tries to talk things over with Hal, but the Spectre exacts vengeance on Black Hand, blowing off his hand.
Back at Warriors, Guy's genetic weaponry has gone out of control, shifting arbitrarilly until it blows up the bar. John gets him to the JLA watchtower. Strange happenings across the nation keep happening, including the reappearance of Coast City and the restoration of the planes at the dilapitated Ferris Aircraft. Hal finally reveals himself to Carol, who is at Ferris.
