Synopsis:
With the Go-Back's help the trolls are driven away and the survivors are taken to the Go-Back's cavelodge. Nightfall's Woodshaver has died and One-Eye received a fatal wound during the battle and Petalwing is lost in the show. It digs its way out to find only the dead and One-Eye, at the edge of death, so it preserves his body in wrapstuff.
Back at the GoBack lodge Cutter is grievously wounded and Leeah fights to save him, succeeding only when a mysterious stranger helps her by alleviating the gravity on Cutter's body so Leetah can heal it. Then it is disclosed that the mysterious stranger is Rayek, whom everyone had assumed was dead.
Ekuar is introduced and plans are made to attack the trolls so the High Ones' Palace can be reclaimed by its rightful heirs.
