Synopsis:
The villains plan begins to come together as they have unveiled a new paradise where all of the world can finally live at peace. But where are the heroes, and why are the villains so intent on rallying the population of the world together to enter their new paradise? What is the reason that the heroes have not come to the rescue, and just what are the villains up to?
