Letters Column: Essential Vertigo Swamp Thing

Abby and Matt Cable search the Louisiana swamps for Swamp Thing. They find him, but he's not in very good condition. Dr. Jason Woodrue is there as well, and he explains what's been happening.
What Woodrue doesn't tell them is that he is using Swamp Thing to get in touch with The Green. Woodrue fully transforms into the Floronic Man.

The Saga of Swamp Thing (1982) #22
