Synopsis:
Aquaman and Aqualad befriend Mera, exiled Queen of a watery dimension. Mera possesses hard water powers allowing her to control water. However, her powers mysteriously disappear after an oil tanker explodes.

Leron, the leader of the rebel group that has caused Mera to escape to Earth, has pursued Mera. Aquaman summons Quisp to aid them in battling the invaders, but Aquaman, Aqualad, and Mera are captured and returned to Mera?s world. They escape with the aid of Aquaman?s fish friends and return to Earth.

Aquaman then discovers that oil removes the powers of being from the other dimension. Using oil against the invaders, defeating them. Mera reveals that lead in the oil is responsible for the loss of their powers. She then returns to her world
