Synopsis:
Looking to perform one last crime, Brain Storm uses his helmet to steal the mental abilities of Captain Comet. But when Captain Comet's mental powers are stolen, Comet somehow mutates to the next stage of his evolution. As Superman and the semi-reformed Brain Storm attempt to cure Captain Comet, Metropolis goes haywire as Clark Kent's neurotic neighbor gets a hold of the helmet!
