Synopsis:
Time for another strategy planning session, and the rebels are considering the unthinkable: a direct assault on the Imperial Planet itself. All except Kahm, who has busied herself with fantasies of married life.

Down on Earth, strategies of a much different kind are being carried out, as General Togo works to tie up some "loose ends" in his efforts to restore control of Earth to the Earthlings, even at the cost of their greatest weapon against the Santovasku.
