Synopsis:
Batman & Jim Gordon thought they were ready for whatever Gotham City threw their way...until a gruesome discovery changes things forever. A giggling, chalk-faced madman dubbed The Joker has appeared & he's killing the rich & powerful off with a deadly poison that leaves them dying laughing. With the police helpless & the city in full-fledged panic mode, Batman must work quickly to figure out the method to The Joker's madness before he murders the entire city.
