Synopsis:
The smiley characters introduce themselves and show Lindsay a little bit of the ropes of the underworld...only after being chased out from the soul-stealing monsters who attacked Lindsay in the previous issue. They go to the smiley's home, a farm in rural Mississippi. After talk and deliberation, Lindsay returns to the school alone, armed with only a protective staff and ready to solve the mystery of her murder.
