Synopsis:
The Runaways have been confronted by Excelsior. Although Excelsior just wants to talk, Chase shoots them with lasers from the Leapfrog and they escape with Victor in tow. However, they're downed when Darkhawk shoots the leapfrog with a beam. Once again, Excelsior and the Runaways get into a knock-down, drag-out fight. But, when Darkhawk goes kind of crazy, the Runaways manage to escape again.
Meanwhile, at Victor's house, his mysterious father has called his mother and is on the way to decide what to do about their child.
