Synopsis:
Herr Starr, Allfather of the Grail, calls a meeting of the last remaining council members. When they accuse Starr of destroying the Grail and destroying the world, he has the council killed. Elsewhere, Tulip and Jesse meet again at the rendezvous point, only to be confronted one final time by Hoover. Meanwhile, Featherstone reveals her true feelings to Herr Starr.
